Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days

Shipments in Canada are subject to Canada Post delays (such as stat holidays, weekends, strikes, etc.) Let them know how you will If we are experiencing a high order volume you will be notified by any delay via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email about your purchase upon payment, and then a shipping email once we send your order to Canada Post.

Oh Bebe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Oh bebe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to Canada and the USA.

Returns Policy

We offer returns for instore credit only. To begin the return process email us at info@ohbebe.co with the subject like RETURN and from there we will set you up with a return slip and the store credit. Returns usually take up to a week.
